This Bi Polar vacuum cylinder is fitted with two conductive aluminium ring electrodes – base & glans. The 50mm tube has a 40mm internal diameter electrode, and the 60mm tube a 50mm internal diameter electrode. The lower section is available in a range of different lengths and additional lengths are available for £22. Simply choose an internal diameter and a length for the lower section. Sizing:

Internal diameter (50mm or 60mm): In our hand pump cylinders 50mm is by far the standard size.  Due to the way hand-pumping works the sizes are not that critical - as long as the penis will fit inside the acrylic tube when erect, with room to grow during pumping. Diameter is calculated by dividing circumference by 3.142 (π)

Length: The Length of the lower section is available in 125mm, 135mm, 145mm, 155mm, 165mm, or 175mm lengths. This is the distance from the base of the cylinder to the mid point of the polished ring electrode.

The optimal position for the ring is just under the groove below the head (glans) of the penis.  If you measure the erect distance from base of penis to groove under the glans that will position the electrode under the groove.  The pumping pressure you use may change your erect length slightly - making the penis longer during use.   So consider adding 10 or 20mm if you would like the ring just under the groove.

Sizing is not an exact science as some people extend more or less than others. If you have used a hand pump cylinder before, that is a useful guide.

You also have the option to order additional lower sections in different lengths, which increases the probability of getting an optimal length.

The tube is fitted with a standard ‘click fit’ female connector compatible with hand held vacuum pumps

The 'Polished Ring' cylinder is bi-polar and can therefore be used on its own.
